Broadline was the first full service event marketing agency in the market, that responded to the clients' needs for professional support services management. In the beginning of 2009 the new service was launched and it is now operated under the name Support Services Management.

Broadline has been active in the field of incentive tourism right from its inception in 2002, offering reward trips for foreign business clients. Since then, Broadline has developed many different programmes in order to increase tourist interest in Estonia as a destination.

Broadline event marketing agency signed an agreement in March to join ComVort, the largest international network of independent marketing communications agencies. Broadline is the only event marketing agency in Baltic states to belong to this international network.
